Year At A Glance

The Warner School year begins in late August. We ask that all flight school students arrive by August 25 to get oriented to the community and start to adjust to the new time. Students will be immediately be exposed to flight lessons and activities that let the students experience western Canada. Each month, students will have the opportunity to experience a minimum of one hour a week of flying and one activity a month that celebrates all that western Canada has to offer.Typically there are many smaller long weekends throughout the year. These long weekends allow for many weekend adventures.

There are three major breaks during the school year. These major breaks include a two week break for Christmas holidays, a one week break in February and a 10 day break for Easter. The school year concludes in late June leaving the months of July and August as the summer holidays. Students will attempt to attain their license requirements in late May, early June.
